Sol Passion Music is made up of a very select group of Producers, DJ’s and Musicians who are passionate and enthusiastic about their craft. Each share a vast knowledge and understanding of their respective fields and are dedicated to helping others on their own journey.

Professional Drummer, Producer & DJ, Ed’s musical journey started from performing in bands from a young age. Now focused on producing electronic music Ed has undertaken studies in advanced music production in Sydney as well as mentoring from Ableton Certified Trainer, Simon Stokes (Soma Records) in the UK which has lead to his debut release on well known house label Cutting Records (NY), released globally in 2014.

Since 2012 Ed has been based in Hong Kong where he has DJ’d at some of the most iconic venues around town including Boujis, Ozone, Gecko, Drop, Midnight & Co, Bassment, Clockenflap, Fly, Socialito, Lily & Bloom, Secret Walls, Honi Honi, The Pawn and many more. He is also the co-founder of Sol Passion Music.

Raised in Sydney Australia, Mike has over a decade of experience as both a DJ and promoter. Founding and managing a number of club nights in Sydney over the years including the highly successful ‘Sunday Sets‘ which ran continuously for 2 years & included a 2 month long commercially sponsored DJ competition in Sydney’s iconic Oxford St.

Based in Hong Kong since late 2012 and continuing his legacy with residencies at Drop, Boujis, & Ozone along with regular appearances at Fly & Play. He is also one half of the team behind the weekly Thursday ‘Rhythm’ nights at Drop and the monthly ‘Sol Sessions’ at Ozone.

Specialising in Native Instruments Traktor – including the Traktor Remix decks, utilising 4 decks in his own sets and in his advance DJ classes. He is also the co-founder of Sol Passion Music.

Man One’s passion for exciting music has taken him across the globe, through the worlds most exciting clubs, festivals and parties including Ministry of Sound, The Big Chill, Koko, Home (Sydney), Corsica Studios and Vibe (London)

Having shared the turntables with Cassius, Lee Foss, Porter Robinson, Busy P. Switch (Major Lazer), Kolombo, BTraits, Dennis Farrer, Kruse & Nuernberg and Skream to name a few, Man One’s selection has proved a surefire hit on dance floors around the world with extensive tours of Asia, the US, Europe and Australia.

Now based in Hong Kong, Man One finds himself right at home at the city’s hottest clubs including Fly, XXX, Boujis, Woo Bar, Bungalow and Drop while also holding a residency at Volar.

With nearly 6 years experience under her belt, her goal is to change the perception that only male DJs know how to rock a party from the decks and prove that Hong Kong’s club scene is ready for more than top 40 mainstream repitition.

Originally from Newcastle, UK, Craig Lopez first started producing music using Cubase and an Atari over 20 years ago. After graduating from The University of Manchester with a degree in Commercial Music Production, Craig trained as an Audio Engineer at Australasia’s largest audio production company in Sydney, Australia. Now producing House music in Ableton Live, Craig has seen his tracks and remixes released on labels across Europe and Russia.

Delf is a Chinese producer who has always been fascinated by the intrinsic value of music. Trained with classical piano at the age of 6, he is looped in the endless possibilities that 88 keys can do. Since his record-collector father gave him his first LP, Delf is opened up by the world of jazz, soul, funk, classical, rock, RnB, and many. At the age of 18, Delf decided to connect and communicate through hip hop and beyond, blending all influences from years into something he enjoys listening to.

Hailing from DC via New York City, Re:Flex started with break-dancing and was quickly introduced to DJing at the age of 17. With this first introduction to the Hip Hop culture, and experimentation with all kinds of sounds, he has molded his cross genre style into a provocative musical experience.

Having relocated to Hong Kong in 2007, Re:Flex has rocked parties all over Asia, and in 2009 completed a cross Asia tour with Hennessy Artistry. Playing alongside acts like Ben Pearce, the Ting Tings, Nickodemus, the Cuban Brothers, Judge Jules, and Shiba San, Re:Flex has learned to adjust his style to the ever-changing crowd, while still remaining true to his roots and has never shied away from his funky, soulful, bass banging past.

A music technology fanatic and Ableton Certified Trainer, Jeff began using Ableton Live in 2010 and maintains a blog about music performance and automation of production at rockandrobots.com. He also currently serves as Music Director for the largest English-speaking church in Hong Kong, where he regularly employs Ableton Live for supporting instrument tracks, programming stage lighting, and controlling lyrical presentations.

Michal Garcia is a music professional and artist with extensive international experience in performance and production. Garcia is the producer behind The Anello (theanello.com), a new music collaboration in Hong Kong at the intersection of indie, electronic and hip hop. He has been featured around Asia and the United States including performances at Clockenflap, Art Basel, City Jazz Festival and the Hai Yang Music festival in China. He has shared the stage with Turtle Giant, The Weathering, Noughts & Exes, The Bollands, The White Eyes and Eason Chan.

Female, funky and Eurasian: if anybody embodies the future of music in the 21st century, it’s Hong Kong-born, internationally renowned producer, label boss, composer and DJ Janette Slack.

Slack recently returned to her native city from a 15-year stint in London with a critically acclaimed album under her belt, ready to take Asia’s dance-music scene to the next level with her high-heeled sonic canvases that mix everything from sensual house and progressive, to electro- and ghetto funk, spiced with swing mash-ups, and overlaid with lavish rock riffs, cinematic stabs and soaring a cappella vocals.
